Tasting Notes

Our vineyards in Appellation Bordeaux Contrôlée  are  located  in  the  south  of the department of Gironde, around 60 kms from Bordeaux.  

Nice shinning plum colour, this wine has an elegant nose of fresh red fruits. The mouth is supple, silky and delicately mingles fruity and roasted aromas. A pleasant wine, well structured.

This typical Bordeaux will pair with red meat and cheese. Best served between 16°C and 18°C.
