Charlene Tan

Charlene Tan is a wine expert and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the wine, food, and hospitality industries. Holding certifications like the French Wine Scholar (FWS) and California Wine Certification, she pairs her wine expertise with a culinary background, launching private dining experiences. Passionate about creating memorable moments, Charlene is dedicated to sharing her love of wine while celebrating the craftsmanship of winemakers.

Patrick Sng

Patrick Sng is the CEO of One Cellar and is also an industry veteran and educator. His qualifications include:

  • Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) - Society of Wine Educators
  • Certificate in Wine Studies (CWS) - Wines of Western Australia
  • Capstone California Wine Certification (CCWC)



Daisuke Kawai

Daisuke Kawai, with 29 years in the food and beverage industry, is an award-winning sommelier and judge for prestigious competitions like Decanter in London. He managed the wine list at Singapore’s three-star Michelin restaurant, Les Amis, and founded La Terre, Singapore’s best wine bar. Now focused on wine education and consulting, he helps restaurants curate wine lists and train staff. His passion for wine has taken him to 46 countries, and he continues to compete, aiming to become the world’s top sommelier.

Jonzen Chow

Jonzen Chow, a WSET Level 2-certified wine expert, has a strong background in beverage program development, with a focus on wine and sake pairing and list creation. He has experience in stock control, inventory management, and optimizing floor operations. Jonzen also trains service teams, improves service performance, and ensures high standards in hospitality. His contributions were recognized with a Bronze Award for Best Wine List in Wine & Dine magazine.
