Tasting Notes

This white has a bright pale-yellow color and a rich which exhales multiple aromas. The fresh notes of sauvignon mingle with those of citrus and white flowers. Smooth on the palate, it reveals a nice balance and a good length thanks to pretty acidulous notes.

Seafood, goat cheese, aperitif. Best served between 8°C and 10°C.
