Tasting Notes

Color : Deep ruby color Nose :Black and red berries, spiced scents of vanilla, clove, and black pepper.

Palate : Mint appear together with toasted oak, smoke, and cedar wood-derived. Full in body, juicy, with a great balance between alcohol, elegant tannins, and natural acidity.

Hand picked grapes, cold soak and alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months average, where malolactic fermentation is completed.
